Douglas Kemsley
Non-Executive Director (Chairman) and Investor
Douglas was a founding Director of CA-Systems Limited, a start-up company which grew to be the major software supplier to NZ Chartered Accountants and which was eventually sold to publicly listed Australian company MYOB.
Martin Oxley
Non-Executive Director and Investor
Martin has spent 21 years working in various Sales and Marketing positions in Technology start-ups, including Dove Electronics, Designer Technology and Marshal Software Limited.
Martin’s most significant roles were in Marshal Software. This included the brand development and building from scratch an international distribution channel. This channel covered 35+ countries prior to Marshal being sold to NetIQ for NZ$50m in December 2002.
Apart from Maxnet, Martin has various capacities in other technology businesses such as Aptimize Ltd, Image Analyzer and Hyperfolders.
David Brown
Non-Executive Director
David is a former Managing Director of publicly listed Amuri Corporation Limited and previously a Director of Mazda Motors NZ Ltd, NZ Vehicle Finance Limited, Regina Confectionary Limited and CA-Systems Limited.
David is currently the Deputy Chairman of Gough Holdings Limited and is on several private company boards and trusts.
Mike Chisholm
Non-Executive Director and Investor
Currently Mike is CEO of Acclipse Ltd, and his background includes several years in a chartered accounting practice, voluntary work in a Nepalese medical mission, financial controller of a medium-sized New Zealand business and one of the founders of CA-Systems.
Mike considers the experience gained from growing and leading CA-Systems from a $1,200 startup to a $22 million sale to MYOB Limited as invaluable.
