Description of Service
One Office Standard can offer speeds ranging from 128kbps to 100Mbps subject to geographic availability. The service is carried over Telecom NZ's MPLS core network transport links offering a higher level of reliability than traditional point-to-point links. The closed transport network means customers are protected from hackers and other unwanted intruders.
Customer Located Network Equipment (CLNE) is required at to deliver the service and are managed and supported by Telecom. End users simply plug their LAN equipment into these CLNE.
Availability
This service is available at most locations in New Zealand. However a feasibility report is conducted on request to determine if required speeds are available at respective locations of a proposed WAN.
