Benefit of Registering a Domain Name

Every business should have its own Domain Name to protect its brand and advertise its name with every email sent. Otherwise you are promoting the name of your internet service provider in your email address rather than your own business name. This is tantamount to putting your stationery printer's name on your business envelops rather than your own business name.

Much as we'd love you to advertise Maxnet's name in your email address, we think it's in your best interests to register your own business Domain Name, particularly as annual costs are neglible. It also provides you with more options on what email address you can select. e.g. bob@yourbusinessname.co.nz

How to Register Your Domain

You can register your Domain Name through the Maxnet Members Centre. The login interface is on the right hand side of this page.

If you are not a current Maxnet customer, you will need to set up an account first with Maxnet. Click here to Join Maxnet.

*Existing Domains may incur higher fees depending on the Registrar

• Domains may only be registered by existing Maxnet customers.
• There is no registration fee if you register online via the Maxnet Members Centre: http://members.maxnet.co.nz
• However a charge of $39.95 applies if you choose to register your Domain via a Maxnet Representative.
